Michael Sparks Associates are Chartered Architects and were formed in 1988. The practice is committed to producing buildings of quality and to maintaining the highest professional standards. The design team combines creative talent with extensive experience of commercial development work, gained from participation in projects for a number of major corporate clients.

Michael Sparks Associates have established a reputation for imaginative design solutions, technical expertise and a sound commercial approach to contract management and cost control. Particular care is taken to interpret the full requirements of the client and to optimise the buildings for each individual site. All stages of building work are closely supervised and all elements of the design and construction process are carefully co-ordinated. Michael Sparks Associates have considerable experience in the commercial sector and have developed areas of expertise in offices, industrial, distribution and retail buildings.

The practice has completed commercial buildings well in excess of 230,000 sq m (2.5 million sq ft) in the past twelve months, and are currently appointed architects on projects totalling over 745,000
