Michael Sparks Associates acted for Graftongate Developments for a £10.6 million speculative development at Abacus Park for two large industrial buildings amounting to 29,145 sq metres (313,700 sq ft). The buildings were completed in March 2007, two months ahead of programme, and were built under a tight planning regime which required the timely and judicious discharge of the many planning conditions imposed by the local authority when consent was granted.
