Michael Sparks Associates acted as architects on behalf of ProLogis developments for the redevelopment of a site at Ardra Road at Edmonton in North London. The development comprises two distribution facilities; Unit 1 comprised approximately 7,285 m (78,415 sq ft) and was designed for Heals, the furniture retailer, and Unit 2 was a 17,651 sq m (190,000 sq ft) speculative unit. The practice was also commissioned for the fit-out of the Heals building, and the overall contract cost for both units was approximately £9 million.

The site was a former sludge lagoon connected with the locals sewage works, and it's proximity to the Salmon Brook necessitated considerable surface water attenuation measures and storage facilities. Both units were completed within an 8 month construction programme.
