Michael Sparks Associates were the architects on this 15,793 sq m (170,000 sq ft) warehouse development on the site of the former Yoplait Dairy Crest works at Eastman Way, Hemel Hempstead, just north of London.

Besides acting as architects for Astral Developments and ProLogis Developments on the £4.24 million building, Michael Sparks Associates were also appointed by Next PLC to design the £3.5 million fit-out works to create a new regional distribution centre.

Construction began in April 2001, and the development was completed, ready for occupation by Next PLC, a year later in April 2002.
