Glengall Road, Peckham

The new development at Glengall Road was designed by Michael Sparks Associates for Exton Estates and was completed in 2007. The 8,200 sq m project presented challenges to the team in having to design for a tight, urban site in South East London, which was sandwiched between existing industrial and residential areas. The development contains 13 separate units, was constructed on a 15 month contract, and is now fully let.
