Neptune Business Park was completed in November 2003 after a six month contract. The site lies adjacent to the M25 and needed extensive remediation before work could start on site. The developer was Rosemound Developments and the scheme contained 5 small units varying in size from 800 sq m (8,700 sq ft) to 1460 sq m (15,750 sq ft).
