This project is a new development at Oliver Road, Thurrock now occupied by CO-OP. The project comprises one single storey Warehouse unit of approximately 306,924 sq ft with ancillary office accommodation in a two-storey compartment of approximately 13,175 sq ft. The warehouse has a 15.0m clear height to underside of haunch and contains office accommodation and specialist food storage areas.

Michael Sparks Associates were the architects for the developer, Graftongate, and then subsequently for the occupier for the fit-out works.
