Acting for Astral Developments, Michael Sparks Associates have recently completed a new 14,000 sq m (150,000 sq ft) speculative unit on part of the Mitsubishi complex at Hatfield in Hertfordshire. The £4.3m development was completed within a 28-week programme and features a three storey office block.
