Michael Sparks Associates have recently completed the new business development at Crossways Business Park, just beside Dartford Bridge. This is the last part of the Crossways Business Park to be developed and consists of two Grade A institutional offices and nine smaller courtyard offices,  twenty four  business units with a  floor area of 15,790 sq m (170,000 sq ft). 

Michael Sparks Associates were commissioned in 2007 by Frogmore Property Company Ltd  with a  brief  that stated that the buildings were to be built to the highest standards, using  good quality, modern materials,  with a strong emphasis on extended life span and robustness.

Above all, the development recognises the particular characteristics of the site, and the demands imposed by dramatic changes in levels. Work started on site in April 2008 and is completed ahead of programme.
