Michael Sparks Associates are retained by Parkridge Developments as the master planners and architects on the Milton Ham development on the edge of Northampton adjacent to the M1 motorway. This development has just received detailed planning consent for two hotels, 6,644 sq m (71,620 sq ft) of offices, 24,935 sq m (268,390 sq ft) of industrial space, and a pub/restaurant. The planning procedure was protracted and complex, but ultimately led to a successful conclusion through careful design and negotiation.
