ProLogis Developments have applied for planning consent for a mixed use development on the former Rolls Royce East Works site at Filton, near Bristol. The development comprises a hotel, 18,670 sq m of offices, 59,221 sq m of industrial and distribution buildings, car dealerships, trade units and an extensive estate of small business units. Michael Sparks Associates are the master planners for the development, and architects for all the buildings with the exception of the hotel.
