Michael Sparks Associates are the architects acting for MEPC on a new office project, Central 40, on their Chineham estate near Basingstoke. The £7 million building, which amounts to 3,810 sq m (41,000 sq ft) net floor area, was completed in September 2008. Michael Sparks Associates are master planning other improvements to this estate.

Central 40 won an award from the British Council of Offices for the Best Commercial Office Building in the South West Region in May 2009.
