Gateway 1000, Stevenage

Gateway 1000 is a two phase 10,000 sq m mixed business use development which includes offices and small industrial units. Michael Sparks Associates are acting for LEA Investments on the £10 million project, Phase 1 of which has been completed, and Phase 2 was completed in March 2008. The buildings are steel framed and clad in glass and metal panels, and provide a good quality, high tech and flexible environment for emerging businesses.
