Acting for Exton Estates, Michael Sparks Associates are the architects for the mixed business use development at Langston Road, Loughton, which consists of a mix of offices and high tech units. The £4.5 million project was completed in November 2007 after an 11 month contract. The external walls are constructed from curtain walling, facing brick and cladding.
