After a protracted planning process that involved two appeals, a planning consent was secured by Michael Sparks Associates for  this four storey office building in Moorbridge Road, Maidenhead, which has a net floor area a 1723 sq m (18,550 sq ft). The building, which has a fully glazed top floor that takes advantage of spectacular views towards the Thames, achieved a Very Good BREEAM rating and was completed on time after a 42 week programme in May 2009. Michael Sparks Associates acted as architects for Kilmartin Ltd.
