Michael Sparks Associates were originally appointed to carry out a space audit for Pizza Express, identifying future office and amenity requirements and undertaking a logistical analysis of their prospective storage and warehouse provision.

Work started on site in May 2000 and the building, which included an extensive fit-out, was handed over for immediate occupation by Pizza Express in February 2001.

The building, besides including a full head office operation, also provides Pizza Express with extensive training facilities, a bakery, cold store, restaurant, and other amenity facilities.
