FOCUS, MILL LANE, ALTON

Acting for Wildbrook Properties, Michael Sparks Associates designed the new retail unit for FOCUS comprising a total of 4,305 sq m and including a garden centre of 929 sq m and retail area of approximately 3,000 sq m. 

The site is located within an industrial estate and was completed in 2005.  The use of primary colours of blue and yellow to match the corporate colours along with the curved roof at the entrance provides a striking visual appearance.
