SELCO, HANGER LANE, EALING

Acting for Exton Estates, Michael Sparks Associates was commissioned to design a new trade unit for Selco Trade Centres comprising a total of 3,575 sq m (38,500 sq ft) in addition to an external materials store. 

The site is located within an industrial development, also designed by Michael Sparks Associates, adjacent to the Hanger Lane gyratory system with good access to the A40 and the North Circular Road. 

Michael Sparks Associates negotiated a complex planning consent with Ealing Council and the project was completed in 2005.
