Heathrow

MSA was employed by SEGRO as the architects to design a single unit development scheme nearby Heathrow Airport, London. This development consists of one large unit within a greenbelt area in the proximity of Heathrow Airport Terminals. The building was carefully designed to meet the high standard requirements for DO&CO, the Tenant for this site. DO&CO, an Austrian event and airline catering company whose client base includes British Airways, Emirates, Qatar Airlines and Turkish Airlines, required a larger and more efficient site for their fast expanding business.

The project achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.
