This £19m development provided one single storey warehouse unit with ancillary office accommodation in a two-storey compartment.

The warehouse was built to contain the office accommodation and specialist food storage areas with chilled, frozen and ambient areas.

Michael Sparks Associates subsequently completed the tenant fit-out works including a complex multi-storey car park.
